Structural Support uses dermal filler to restore or enhance selected areas of the face where support, contour, or proportion may be improved.

Treatment may focus on areas such as the cheeks, chin, jawline, temples, lower face, or folds, depending on your anatomy and goals.

The treatment is fully personalised. Product choice, placement, and amount are based on your facial structure, skin quality, existing proportions, medical history, and desired result.

Treatment begins with a detailed consultation and facial assessment. Your face is assessed from multiple angles, both at rest and in movement, to understand structure, balance, volume loss, skin quality, and expression.

The focus is on placing product only where it will support the face naturally. In some cases, a staged plan may be recommended rather than treating everything in one appointment.

Every treatment is planned conservatively. Where less is enough, treatment stops there.

Pre-Care

Before your appointment, you may be advised to avoid alcohol, intense exercise, and blood-thinning medication where medically safe to do so.

Please arrive with clean skin where possible and inform the clinic of any medication, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, previous filler, previous complications, or recent aesthetic treatments.

Aftercare

After treatment, mild swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness, or firmness may occur and usually settles over the following days.

• Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area unless advised
• Avoid makeup for the recommended period after treatment
• Avoid intense exercise, alcohol, heat, sauna, steam, and sunbeds for 24–48 hours
• Avoid dental work, facial treatments, or facial massage until advised
• Sleep slightly elevated if recommended
• Follow your personalised aftercare instructions carefully
