The Intention
Exosome Therapy is designed to support the skin’s natural repair and renewal processes. The aim is to improve skin quality, calm visible stress in the skin, and encourage a healthier, more resilient appearance.
Rather than changing facial shape or adding volume, exosomes focus on tissue quality, recovery, hydration, tone, and overall skin vitality.
This treatment may also be used as part of a scalp support plan for clients concerned with hair thinning, shedding, or overall scalp health.
What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes are tiny cell-free messengers used in regenerative aesthetics to support communication between cells and encourage repair and renewal.
They contain signalling molecules that help support healthier skin function, collagen activity, inflammation control, and tissue recovery.
At Maison Nēphèiä, Exosome Therapy is used as part of a regenerative approach for clients who want gradual improvement in skin or scalp quality without an artificial or overtreated result.
The Maison Approach
Treatment begins with a consultation and assessment of your skin, scalp, concerns, medical history, and desired outcome.
Exosome Therapy may be used as a standalone treatment or paired with procedures such as microneedling, depending on your skin goals and suitability.
The treatment plan is tailored to your skin condition, sensitivity, treatment area, and long-term goals. The focus is always on supporting repair without overstimulating the skin.

Exosomes for Skin
For skin, Exosome Therapy is used to support repair, improve texture, encourage radiance, and help the skin appear calmer and more resilient.
It can be particularly useful for clients wanting a regenerative treatment that supports skin quality rather than facial volume or structural change.
Exosomes for Scalp Support
Exosome Therapy may also be used as part of a scalp-focused plan. It can support the scalp environment and may be suitable for clients concerned with shedding, thinning, or reduced hair density.
Suitability depends on the cause of hair concerns, medical history, scalp condition, and treatment goals. Where appropriate, a course or combination plan may be recommended.
Results and Longevity
Results develop gradually. Skin may begin to look calmer, more hydrated, brighter, and more refined over the following days and weeks.
For scalp support, results may take longer to become visible and are usually assessed over a course of treatments.
The number of sessions and maintenance plan will depend on your concern, treatment area, skin or scalp condition, and response to treatment.
Pre-Care
Before your appointment, you may be advised to avoid alcohol, intense exercise, tanning, retinol, exfoliating acids, and strong active skincare for several days.
Please arrive with clean skin or scalp where possible and inform the clinic of any medication, allergies, active skin conditions, infections, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent aesthetic treatments.
Aftercare
Mild redness, warmth, tightness, sensitivity, or pinpoint marks may occur depending on how the treatment is delivered.
- Use gentle, hydrating skincare for the recommended period after treatment
- Avoid makeup for the recommended period if the face has been treated
- Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, and strong active skincare until advised
- Avoid intense exercise, heat, sauna, steam, and sunbeds for 24–48 hours
- Avoid direct sun exposure and apply SPF daily
- Follow your personalised aftercare instructions carefully
Consultation and Safety
Your suitability will be assessed before treatment. This includes your concerns, skin or scalp condition, medical history, previous treatments, sensitivity, and expected outcome.
Treatment will only be carried out where it is considered suitable and safe. If Exosome Therapy is not the right option for you, an alternative treatment or plan may be recommended.
