The Intention
Skin boosters are designed to improve skin quality from within by supporting hydration, smoothness, elasticity, and radiance.
Unlike dermal filler, skin boosters are not used to change facial structure or add visible volume. The aim is to improve the way the skin looks and feels.
This treatment is suitable for clients who want their skin to appear fresher, smoother, healthier, and more luminous without looking overtreated.
What Are Skin Boosters?
Skin boosters are injectable treatments placed into the skin to improve hydration, texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality.
They are commonly used for dull, dehydrated, tired, or crepey skin, and can help create a smoother, more radiant appearance over time.
At Maison Nēphèiä, skin boosters are used as part of a subtle, skin-focused approach for clients who want natural-looking improvement rather than visible facial change.
The Maison Approach
Treatment begins with a consultation and skin assessment. Your skin hydration, texture, tone, elasticity, fine lines, and areas of concern are reviewed before a treatment plan is recommended.
Skin boosters are placed carefully into the skin using a series of precise superficial injections. The treatment may focus on one area or be used as part of a wider regenerative skin plan.
The product, treatment area, and number of sessions will depend on your skin condition, goals, lifestyle, and desired result.

Results and Longevity
Results develop gradually as hydration and skin quality improve. Many clients notice the skin begins to look fresher, smoother, and more radiant over the following weeks.
A course of treatment is often recommended for best results, usually spaced several weeks apart. Maintenance will depend on your skin condition, lifestyle, product used, and treatment goals.
Results can last several months, with some clients maintaining results for around 6–12 months depending on product choice, skin quality, and maintenance.
Pre-Care
Before your appointment, you may be advised to avoid alcohol, intense exercise, and blood-thinning medication where medically safe to do so.
Please arrive with clean skin where possible and inform the clinic of any medication, allergies, active skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent aesthetic treatments.
Aftercare
Mild redness, swelling, tenderness, bruising, or pinpoint marks may occur after treatment and usually settle within a few days.
- Avoid touching or massaging the treated area unless advised
- Avoid makeup for the recommended period after treatment
- Avoid intense exercise, alcohol, heat, sauna, steam, and sunbeds for 24–48 hours
- Use gentle skincare and avoid strong actives until the skin has settled
- Apply SPF daily and follow your aftercare instructions carefully
Consultation and Safety
Your suitability will be assessed before treatment. This includes your concerns, skin condition, medical history, previous aesthetic treatments, and expected outcome.
Treatment will only be carried out where it is considered suitable and safe. If skin boosters are not the right option for you, an alternative treatment or plan may be recommended.
