Safety & Eligibility
Who can receive treatment?
All clients must be 18 years or older to receive any treatment at Maison Nēphèiä. Proof of photo identification may be requested at your appointment to ensure compliance with safety and legal standards.
Can I be treated if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
For your safety and wellbeing, aesthetic treatments are not performed during pregnancy or while breastfeeding. We would be delighted to welcome you back once your breastfeeding journey is complete.
Do I need to disclose medical information?
Yes. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures before your appointment. This ensures your treatment is completely safe and tailored to your individual needs.
Consultation & Preparation
Do I need a consultation before treatment?
Yes. A medical consultation is required before any injectable or prescription-based treatment. This allows our prescriber to review your medical history, discuss your goals, and design a bespoke plan that enhances your natural beauty safely and effectively.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
You will receive specific pre-treatment guidance upon booking. In general, we recommend the following:
- Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before your treatment.
- Avoid strong exfoliants or active skincare for 2–3 days prior.
- Inform us of any medications or recent procedures.
- Arrive 10 minutes early to complete any required forms.
Deposits, Cancellations & Payments
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes. A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or missed appointments, will result in the loss of your deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as bank transfers. Deposits are automatically deducted from your final treatment cost.
On the Day
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive on time to enjoy your full appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may be reduced or rescheduled. Deposits may be forfeited in these cases.
Results, Aftercare & Expectations
Are results guaranteed?
Each treatment is bespoke, and results naturally vary from person to person. While we aim for the highest level of satisfaction, no aesthetic result can be guaranteed. Our focus is on honest advice, realistic expectations, and naturally beautiful outcomes.
Will I receive aftercare advice?
Yes. You will receive detailed aftercare guidance following your treatment. Following these instructions carefully supports healing, optimises your results, and ensures a safe, comfortable recovery.
