The Intention

Maison Eyes is designed for clients who feel their under-eye area makes them look tired, hollow, shadowed, or less refreshed than they feel.

The aim is to improve the appearance of the under-eye area in a subtle and natural-looking way, while respecting the delicacy of the skin and surrounding facial structure.

This is not an automatic filler treatment. The under-eye area is always assessed first, and treatment is only recommended where it is suitable and safe.

What Is Maison Eyes?

Maison Eyes is a personalised treatment pathway for the under-eye and peri-orbital area. Depending on your assessment, the plan may focus on hollowing, shadowing, skin quality, crepiness, hydration, or support through the surrounding mid-face.

Some clients may benefit from structural support, while others may be better suited to regenerative skin treatments such as polynucleotides, skin boosters, or microneedling.

The treatment plan is tailored to your anatomy, skin quality, concerns, medical history, and desired result.

The Maison Approach

Treatment begins with a detailed consultation and under-eye assessment. The area is reviewed carefully, including skin thickness, pigmentation, hollowing, puffiness, lymphatic tendency, facial structure, and mid-face support.

The under-eye area is delicate and not every concern is suitable for filler. In some cases, skin quality, pigmentation, fluid retention, or cheek support may need to be addressed instead.

Where treatment is suitable, the approach may include one or more of the following:

  • Regenerative skin support to improve texture, crepiness, and elasticity
  • Skin boosters or polynucleotides for hydration and under-eye skin quality
  • Selective tear trough or structural support where appropriate
  • Mid-face support if cheek structure is contributing to under-eye shadowing
  • A staged treatment plan for gradual, natural-looking improvement

Benefits

  • Softens the appearance of under-eye hollows and shadowing where suitable
  • Helps improve the look of tiredness
  • Supports smoother, healthier-looking under-eye skin
  • Can improve the appearance of crepiness and fine lines
  • May improve harmony between the eyes, cheeks, and mid-face
  • Offers a tailored approach rather than a one-treatment-fits-all solution

Who It Is For

Maison Eyes may be suitable for clients who want a natural-looking improvement to the under-eye area.

  • You often look tired even when rested
  • You notice hollowing or shadowing under the eyes
  • You have fine lines, crepiness, or reduced skin quality under the eyes
  • Your under-eye concern is not improved enough with makeup or skincare
  • You want a subtle, refreshed result rather than an obvious change
  • You are unsure whether filler, skin boosters, polynucleotides, or another approach is right for you

Who May Not Be Suitable

Not every under-eye concern is suitable for injectable treatment. Some clients may be advised against treatment or guided toward a different approach.

  • Significant under-eye puffiness or fluid retention
  • Dark circles caused mainly by pigmentation
  • Very thin or compromised skin where treatment may not be appropriate
  • Active skin irritation, infection, or inflammation
  • Unrealistic expectations or desire for a dramatic change

Results and Longevity

Results depend on the treatment selected. Structural support may create visible softening sooner, while regenerative treatments usually improve skin quality gradually over several weeks.

Longevity varies depending on the treatment type, product used, lifestyle, skin quality, anatomy, and maintenance plan.

During consultation, you will be advised on the most suitable option, expected results, downtime, risks, and maintenance.

Pre-Care

Before your appointment, you may be advised to avoid alcohol, intense exercise, and blood-thinning medication where medically safe to do so.

Please arrive with clean skin where possible and inform the clinic of any medication, allergies, active skin conditions, pregnancy, breastfeeding, previous filler, previous complications, or recent aesthetic treatments.

Aftercare

After treatment, mild swelling, bruising, tenderness, redness, or pinpoint marks may occur depending on the treatment carried out.

  • Avoid touching, pressing, or massaging the treated area unless advised
  • Avoid makeup for the recommended period after treatment
  • Avoid intense exercise, alcohol, heat, sauna, steam, and sunbeds for 24–48 hours
  • Sleep slightly elevated if advised, especially after under-eye injectable treatment
  • Use gentle skincare and avoid strong actives until the area has settled
  • Follow your personalised aftercare instructions carefully

Consultation and Safety

A consultation is essential before any under-eye treatment. Your suitability will be assessed carefully, including skin quality, anatomy, medical history, previous treatments, and the likely cause of your concern.

Treatment will only be carried out where it is considered suitable and safe. If Maison Eyes is not the right option for you, an alternative treatment plan may be recommended.

The priority is always a natural-looking result, careful treatment planning, and client safety.

To begin, submit a private enquiry with a brief outline of your under-eye concerns, treatment goals, and preferred availability.
