A precision-controlled device is used to treat the face, neck, décolleté, or scalp at depths selected according to your skin concerns and tolerance.

Where appropriate, active serums may be applied during or after treatment to support hydration, recovery, clarity, and skin repair.

Pre-Care

Before your appointment, you may be advised to avoid sun exposure, tanning, retinol, exfoliating acids, and strong active skincare for several days.

Please arrive with clean, makeup-free skin where possible and inform the clinic of any active skin infections, cold sores, medication, allergies, pregnancy, breastfeeding, or recent aesthetic treatments.

Aftercare

After treatment, the skin may feel warm, tight, flushed, or sensitive. Mild redness usually settles within 24–48 hours, although deeper treatments may take longer to calm.

• Use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser while the skin recovers
• Avoid makeup for the recommended period after treatment
• Avoid retinol, exfoliating acids, and strong active skincare until advised
• Avoid intense exercise, swimming, sauna, steam, and heat for 24–48 hours
• Avoid sun exposure and apply SPF daily
• Do not pick or scrub the skin if mild flaking occurs

Your suitability will be assessed before treatment. This includes your skin condition, medical history, previous treatments, sensitivity, active skin concerns, and desired outcome.

Treatment will only be carried out where it is considered suitable and safe. If microneedling is not the right option for your skin, an alternative treatment or plan may be recommended.
